Use of the service
X-Nearby is a location-based web app that lets signed-in users find other nearby users. You must use the service lawfully and avoid misuse, harassment, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Location accuracy
Location information comes from browser geolocation and may be inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or based on a previously saved location. Do not rely on X-Nearby for emergency, safety-critical, or high-precision location use.
Third-party services
The service uses email authentication, Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, and OpenStreetMap for map data. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.
Availability and changes
X-Nearby is provided as-is. The service may change, pause, or stop at any time, and features may depend on browser permissions, network access, or third-party service availability.
